Meet our team!
Ms. Council - Team Lead
This will be Ms. Councils 11th year teaching. She has taught grades 2 through 4. She loves hiking, reading, and spending time on the water.

Mrs. Hawkins
This will be Mrs. Hawkins' third year at Waugh Chapel, she is excited for a new school year! She loves spending time with her family and long walks through every isle at Target!
Ms. Raup
Ms. Raup is starting her second year at Waugh Chapel. Although our school isn't new to her. She attended WCES as a kid and completed her student teaching internship here as well. She loves the beach and anything farmhouse style!

This is Mrs. Carr's third year at Waugh Chapel. She graduated from UMBC with a major in Psychology and Elementary Education. She loves spending her free time with her niece and nephew.
